For Craig McCarter, 80, and Wayne Auer, 70, fitness has been a constant part of their daily life at the Terraces.
Both men have shown that when it comes to living an active and healthy lifestyle, age is simply a number. Craig plays tennis two to four times a week, which is a sport he has participated in for nearly 70 years. Wayne has had three knee operations, but that doesn't hold him back from participating in the wellness classes offered here at the Terraces.
