Welcome Doug Fleegle, our new executive director of Las Ventanas

We are pleased to share that Doug Fleegle has joined HumanGood as the new executive director of Las Ventanas, effective August 13.

Before joining HumanGood, Doug was previously the executive director for Village on the Green, a life plan community in Longwood, Florida. He brings with him an extensive history in our industry, managing life plan communities and holding strategic senior leadership positions.

Before serving as executive director for Village on the Green, Doug was the vice president of mission preservation for Westminster Communities of Florida and vice president of mission expansion for Asbury Communities in Maryland. Before that, he was the president and CEO of United Church Home and Services in Newton, North Carolina.

Doug received his MBA from Saint Francis College and his bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.
