HumanGood announces new management of affordable housing communities

November 21, 2025 - HumanGood is excited to announce the new management of three affordable housing communities in San Jose.

Girasol, Jardines Paloma Blanca, and Las Golondrinas are owned by Santa Clara County Housing Authority and each offer spacious and accessible one-bedroom apartments to residents 62 and older. Centrally located in the heart of San Jose, residents enjoy convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, pharmacies, parks, and Regional Medical Center.
