October 3, 2022 -- Piedmont Gardens held a graduation ceremony on September 23 for its fifth class of certified nursing assistants (CNA’s). Six HumanGood team members completed the twelve-week course, which consisted of six weeks of classroom training and six weeks of clinical training. Daniel Wittman and Marc Herrera addressed the crowd to offer their congratulations on the team members’ achievements.

Piedmont Gardens developed the state-approved program in 2019 to address the need for CNA’s, and to offer a career path for existing HumanGood team members. Six HumanGood team members from Piedmont Gardens completed the summer 2022 program, with instruction held evenings and weekends.

“We’re proud of the team members for their dedication and hard work, and we are pleased to celebrate their accomplishments and promotions,” said Daniel Wittman, executive director of Piedmont Gardens. “Please join me in extending congratulations to our summer 2022 graduates.”
