Rochelle Balaban has accepted the position of executive director of Rosewood, effective January 1. Rochelle has been with HumanGood for more than 20 years, starting at White Sands La Jolla as a registered nurse before she was promoted to director of nursing, and then to administrator.
Most recently, she was the administrator for Redwood Terrace in Escondido. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and her master’s degree in aging service management from the USC School of Gerontology.
Throughout the years, Rochelle has proven herself to be an excellent team member and a most capable and skilled leader in our organization, and I am excited to have her take on this new role.
