October 27, 2020 -- Judson Park proudly unveiled its newly renovated lobby and bistro. The million-dollar transformation includes a new bistro with cook-to-order and expanded grab and go offerings, as well as a new blue and green color palette that accentuates views of the Puget Sound. The space will be enhanced by photography and artwork featuring views of local areas including Mt. Rainier, an icon in the Washington state landscape. The renovated lobby at Judson Park will serve as the hub of the community, providing a warm, inviting area for residents to sit and gather.

The bistro will initially serve breakfast and lunch. Breakfast offerings will include freshly made quiche and cook-to-order foods, while lunch will feature sandwiches, salads, and flatbreads prepared with local, healthy and sustainable ingredients.

Planning for the renovation began in 2019 with an on-site dining review in conjunction with Morrison, our dining services provider. A resident design committee was formed to provide input on general ideas, color palette and menu offerings. Construction began in June 2020.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this beautiful transformation come to life, including SCOPOS Design, Morrison and the Judson Park Resident Council.
