Overview

Assisted living at White Sands offers personalized assisted living for those who need extra support with activities of daily living. We work with assisted living residents to customize a daily schedule based on individual lifestyles and preferences. Assisted living is available to our residents and to non-residents through direct admission.

Assisted living features a comfortable and vibrant environment and access to all our community services and amenities, in addition to the following supportive services:

• Three meals per day.
• Assistance with the activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, medication management and monitoring).
• Medical appointment scheduling.
• On-site physician and 24-hour clinic services by licensed nurse.
• 24-hour security and emergency call system.
• Beds made and rooms organized daily, as well as weekly housekeeping.
• Personal laundry and weekly linen service.
• Full activities schedule including two outside bus trips per month.
• Access to fitness center with wellness classes.
• Cable, utilities and local phone service included.
