Senior Living in Lafayette Hill

For more than 20 years, Spring Mill Pointe has been a leading senior living community for residents of Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding area.

Spring Mill Pointe meets the highest standards in senior housing by offering independent living, personal care residences and memory support, as well as skilled nursing services at our sister community, Rydal Park. We also offer benevolent support to anyone who, through no fault of their own, outlives their financial resources. As a rental community with no long-term contracts, we’re dedicated to supporting all of our residents as they pursue rich, purposeful lives, without having to worry about the future.

Can you tell me about the Presby-HumanGood affiliation?

In June 2019, HumanGood and Presby’s Inspired Life (Presby) joined in an affiliation. Presby is the nonprofit parent company of Pennsylvania’s The Mansion at Rosemont, Rydal Park, Rydal Waters and Spring Mill Pointe, as well as 36 affordable housing communities in the greater Philadelphia area. With this affiliation, we now comprise more than 21 Life Plan Communities and more than 100 affordable housing communities across California, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Washington and Idaho. Even still, we remain dedicated to what makes each of our communities unique.

Why did Presby and HumanGood choose to join forces?

Presby and HumanGood share similar missions as nonprofit organizations that are focused on providing exceptional living experiences and inspiring people to stay engaged and live well. By affiliating, we created a unified organization that is better positioned to compete in the complex senior living field—and do more for more people coast to coast.

Is HumanGood a financially strong organization? May I review its financial statements?

Yes, HumanGood is a financially healthy organization. All financial documentation is readily available at www.humangood.org/disclosures.

How does the affiliation benefit residents and team members?

The recent affiliation means greater growth, which means greater access to resources and a stronger impact of our mission. Here are just a few of the incredible opportunities the affiliation has provided the new communities that have joined HumanGood:

 •   Enhanced performance and care for our residents.

 •   Increased opportunities for team members across a wider network of communities.

•   Continued commitment and innovative affordable housing opportunities.

 •   Greater resources for new products, services and communities, as well as philanthropy.

 •   More resources devoted to innovation and leadership.

Why did Spring Mill modify its name?

We reimagined Spring Mill as Spring Mill Pointe in order to call out the street corner on which we’re located and to show that our community is a destination worthy of exploration. The name change also clears up any name confusion based on other local businesses with similar names, letting our community stand out from the crowd.
