We are pleased to share that Sam Oden, executive director of the Terraces at Los Altos, will assume the role of executive director at Royal Oaks starting August 20.
Sam has done an excellent job of managing operations at Los Altos since 2016, where he also oversaw the grand opening of the community early last year.
Before joining Los Altos as the executive director, Sam served as the administrator of Redwood Terrace, a HumanGood life plan community in Escondido. Sam is a Southern California native and he and his wife are looking forward to moving closer to home.
