HumanGood acquires Hillside continuing care retirement community

May 1, 2023 -- HumanGood, the nation’s sixth-largest nonprofit provider of senior housing and services and the largest in California, announced today that it has acquired ownership and management of Hillside, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in McMinnville, Oregon.

The acquisition will expand HumanGood’s mission and footprint in the Pacific Northwest and provide opportunities for career growth and advancement for team members.

HumanGood currently owns and operates two life plan/continuing care retirement communities in Washington State including Judson Park and The Terraces at Summitview, as well as several affordable housing communities in Oregon and Washington including management of Olive Plaza in Eugene, Oregon.
