Hillside life plan community unveils 11 new luxury cottages

May 14, 2025 – Hillside, a HumanGood life plan community, in the heart of Oregon’s wine country, is proud to announce the grand opening of 11 newly constructed, single-story cottages designed to provide comfort, style, and independence for today’s active older adults. These new residences, built by Simplicity by Hayden Homes, reflect Hillside’s ongoing commitment to offering exceptional living options for McMinnville’s aging population.

The cottages are nestled on Hillside’s scenic and vibrant 57-acre campus,which features walking paths, green spaces, and easy access to community amenities like dining, a fitness center, garden areas, a woodshop, and activity rooms.
