Seven HumanGood life plan communities included in Newsweek/Statista America’s 2024 Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities list

Valle Verde was ranked first on the list.

We are pleased to share that seven HumanGood life plan communities (LPCs) have been recognized by Newsweek and Statista on their first-ever “America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities” list, which ranks the top 250 communities in the U.S. for 2024.

Newsweek partnered with Statista, a global market research and consumer data firm to evaluate continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in the 20 states that have the most CCRCs. To create the ranking, a score was calculated based on national online surveys of medical professionals, residents, and acquaintances of residents living in CCRCs, as well as accreditation data.

The HumanGood communities recognized include:

  • Valle Verde (Santa Barbara, Ca.)
  • Piedmont Gardens (Oakland, Ca.)
  • White Sands La Jolla (La Jolla, Ca.)
  • Regents Point (Irvine, Ca.)
  • The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens (Fresno, Ca.)
  • The Terraces of Los Gatos (Los Gatos, Ca.)
  • Judson Park (Des Moines, Wash.)

Congratulations to our communities for earning this incredible honor!
