Ardmore House II will be an affordable housing community for adults 62
and older in the Philadelphia area. The community will consist of 48 one-bedroom apartments, a few of which will have accessibility features.
“HumanGood is honored to partner with Genesis Housing Corporation, Lower Merion Township, and Montgomery County for the construction of Ardmore House II,” said Vidhi Anderson, Vice President, Development at HumanGood. “There is great need for senior affordable housing across the region, and we are thrilled to be able to offer this affordable housing option to our seniors on the Main Line.”
The new community is anticipated to open by the end of 2026.
