Event Description

Just as the body needs exercise to maintain optimal health, brains need a workout too. Recent studies suggest that “use it or lose it” is good advice for brain fitness, but puzzles and games may not be enough to stay sharp and age well. In this session, you’ll learn about:

  • Proven brain training strategies to boost memory, motivation and vitality
  • An overview of five key brain assets and the fun activities that work them out
  • A guided process to develop a personal neuroplasticity plan to help your brain get better with age

Our speaker, Phyllis Strupp, is a brain training expert and has taught proven strategies to boost focus, motivation, and vitality at businesses and communities around the U.S. since 2007.
