As avid cyclists, John and Marcia Monsma are always out on the move. The couple get in at least an eight to 10 mile ride a day—part of their training for their big bike trips they take each year. They’ve traveled across from one coast to the other on their bikes; most recently they completed a ride from Michigan to Maryland.
