Living Care Retirement Community is now The Terraces at Summitview

We are hopeful you have been enjoying the summer here in beautiful Yakima or traveling to places near and far. As we look to fall and the changing leaves, we wanted to share some upcoming and exciting changes of our own.

To better reflect our strong ties to the area and our more than 60-year-history of serving families here on Summitview Avenue, as of September 1, Living Care Retirement Community will be known as The Terraces at Summitview.

Our new name and branding also represents our recent affiliation. In 2021, we proudly joined with HumanGood, the nation’s sixth-largest non-profit senior living provider in an effort to build on our offerings while continuing to provide the same welcoming culture our residents and the greater Yakima community know and value.

We remain committed to delivering the highest-quality Life Plan Community living experiences to people 62 and better seeking the benefits of connection, well-being and security.
