September 25, 2026 — HumanGood is pleased to announce Charles White has joined as executive director for The Terraces at Los Altos in Los Altos, California.
Charles brings more than 20 years of leadership experience including 11 years in aging services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy and is currently working on obtaining his master’s in healthcare administration with an emphasis on gerontology. As a 2018 LeadingAge Emerge alumni, Charles’ focus is hospitality and operational excellence and creating warm, well-run communities through compassion and care.
Charles is a California native and a proud spouse and parent of four children. Outside of work, Charles enjoys writing fiction, playing recreational sports, family time, and traveling.
