Judson Park has a long walk-through tunnel which connects our skilled nursing community to the main lobby. Although this serves the purpose of keeping residents safe during the rainy season here in Des Moines, it has often been described as a bit drab compared to the rest of our beautiful campus.
Case Manager Jeri Swank brought forward the idea of turning the tunnel into a gallery featuring our residents and team team members, so we did just that with the new gallery showcasing the beauty and diversity of our community.
A special thank you to Ken Ray and his wife, Tammy, Johnny Murphy and Bob Ringo for their help on this innovative project!
"The Faces of Judson Park" tunnel gallery is now open. Be sure to walk through the tunnel on your next visit to Judson Park.
