Chef Rose shares healthy cooking tips

Chef Rose Ludwig recently hosted a “Fresh Fare’” cooking demonstration for our residents and team members as part of the dining team’s Teaching Kitchens series launched in March. The classes offer everyone in our communities a chance to learn new cooking techniques and how to make simple dishes on their own.
