August 26, 2025 – Rosewood resident, Donna Warneke, and executive director, Rochelle Balaban, were featured on Studio 17, a local news station in Bakersfield, California. Rochelle shared about the benefits of a life plan community and what differentiates Rosewood from other options in the area. Donna shared her story of why she decided to make the move into a life plan community and all the ways she has gotten involved in the active community.
