Olive Plaza celebrates grand reopening event

October 3, 2025 – Olive Plaza, our affordable housing community in Eugene, Oregon celebrated the completion of their redevelopment project after one and a half years of construction. Special remarks were shared by officials of the city of Eugene, including Mayor Kaarin Knudson, and Shaun Donovan, CEO of Enterprise Community Partners and former HUD Secretary.

In addition to upgrades to residential units, the project also included new windows, exterior cladding, roof top terrace, an enlarged community room, updated property management offices, mail room and conference room, new elevator lobbies and corridors, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades.

The team also relocated and dedicated the library to late HumanGood Board Chair, Randy Stamper. Randy played a crucial role in the redevelopment of this community. A dedication plaque will be placed in the library to remember his impact.
