For Life Plan contracts, fees for a one-bedroom apartment start at $4,415 per month, with a one-time entrance fee starting at $100,000.

We also offer month-to-month contracts starting at $3,552 per month for a studio apartment and $5,150 for a one-bedroom apartment with a one-time community fee of $3,000.

With your entrance fee and Life Plan contract, we make a commitment to your lifelong care and residence.

  • You’ll have priority access to higher levels of care, including assisted living, skilled nursing and memory support, if ever needed, at contract rates.
  • As a nonprofit Life Plan Community, we also offer benevolent support to anyone who outlives their financial resources through no fault of their own.

Explore our contract options. 

We offer two types of plans for independent living residents: a month-to-month contract and a Life Plan contract. Each offers the peace of mind that, for a set monthly fee, so much is included: fresh dining, housekeeping, free transportation, engaging amenities, and a myriad of cultural, social, educational, fitness and wellness programs.

The difference between the plans is that a Life Plan contract has a one-time, upfront entrance fee ranging from $32,000 to more than $120,000, depending on the type of home. With a Life Plan contract, your monthly fee is slightly lower. Plus, you have priority access to higher levels of care and lower contracted rates for that care. In addition, with a Life Plan contract, you are assured of having a home for life through benevolence funding if you outlive your assets through no fault of your own.
