Since coming to Rosewood, I have had the opportunity to observe how well the team pulls together every day ensuring the residents have the best experience possible.
This was evident from the six awards Rosewood received during our annual meeting. Among those awards were resident satisfaction and expectations, peak financial performance, peak performance for quality of care and occupancy.
Recently, our health center has received the Embracing Quality Award from Providigm. This award is given to those who excel in three areas: survey readiness, readmission prevention and customer satisfaction. I am excited about being part of such an amazing team.
