In a special presentation, residents recently discovered the benefits of adopting healthy habits to keep the mind sharp and reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Chef Juan Fuentes and Samantha Iovino, the community’s registered dietician, shared the 10 healthy foods that will boost overall brain health as well as other aspects of ‘The Mind Diet.’
