HumanGood, Pleasant Spring Communities Affiliation Approved

Two leading providers combine to enhance senior living in Boston.

Boston, Mass, February 1, 2024 – HumanGood, the nation's seventh-largest not-for-profit provider of senior housing and services and Pleasant Spring Communities, which oversees Springhouse and Mount Pleasant Home and which has provided senior living in Boston for more than a century, today announced the affiliation of their organizations. This affiliation brings together two leading providers that will enhance senior living in Boston, united as HumanGood.

Now approved, the affiliation between HumanGood and Pleasant Spring Communities will enable Springhouse and Mount Pleasant Home to enhance their operational efficiencies, streamline processes, and introduce innovative programs that further enrich the lives of residents while also providing more opportunities for career growth and advancement for team members.
