At the southern end of our Pioneer Pathway you will find our rose garden, a lovely place to sit back and enjoy a conversation or to get lost in your own thoughts.
We appreciate our talented gardeners at Living Care! Every year, our 17 raised gardens located in 3 different areas on campus overflow with beauty and bounty.
The flag pole and circular drive along the east side of our campus signal the entrance to our assisted living building, our skilled nursing center and our main business office.
The Living Care putting green is a fun area for an outdoor activity during the many months of good weather in Central Washington.
Three of our Valley View apartments come with large decks, extending the living space of these apartments and providing a private area to enjoy the beautiful Yakima weather.
This ¼ mile walking path runs the length of our campus along the east side. Residents and families are often found enjoying a leisure walk on this quiet side of our campus.
The Meyer Auditorium is a spiritual and cultural hub on our campus. Chapel services, concerts, recitals, movies, special events — all kinds of resident activities take place here throughout the year.
Ongoing fitness and wellness is an important part of our community. Our fitness center is equipped with exercise equipment and guided fitness classes take place 6 days a week.
Adjacent to our fitness center is our therapy pool and hot tub. Residents can enjoy a nice soak, low impact water walking or a guided fitness class in our pool.
The Village center is the community center of our campus. Every day, residents and visitors alike are found enjoying a cup of coffee, a meal or just each other’s company in our Village Center.
The Village Café is open to residents and the public 7 days a week. Reasonable prices, friendly service and good food keep people coming back again and again.
As you walk to the northern end of our Pioneer Pathway, you’ll find a circle of benches in the shade around our water fountain. On a hot summer day, this is a great place to relax and visit with friends to the sound of the flowing water.
All across the Living Care Retirement Community campus you will find extended living spaces of varying sizes. These spaces are utilized and enjoyed by residents on a daily basis, or reserved for private family events.
The Living Care beauty salon is located on the first floor of the Living View building. Come pamper yourself!
Living Care provides a computer lab for the conveniences of our residents who do not own their own computers.
