Am I eligible?

To be eligible for an apartment in our community, the Head of Household, Spouse or Co-Head must be 62 years or older at the time of application. Casa de la Vista also provides 10% of units to adults with disabilities who require handicap accessible housing. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two persons per bedroom. How to join the waiting list

Demand for low-income senior affordable housing far exceeds availability in most areas. We maintain a Waiting List to provide a fair and equitable way to track interest and make apartments available as they become vacant. Applications shall be distributed only when the Waiting List is open. Refer to the top of this page to see if we’re currently accepting applications.
