Am I eligible?

To be eligible for an apartment in our community, at least one of the applicants must be 55 years of age at the time of application. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two persons per bedroom. Please note that the waitlist for Tax Credit and Market Rate apartments will be open from June 18 - September 30, 2026. The waitlist is closed for HUD/Section 8 applicants.

How to join the waiting list

Demand for low-income senior affordable housing far exceeds availability in most areas. We maintain a Waiting List to provide a fair and equitable way to track interest and make apartments available as they become vacant. Applications shall be distributed only when the Waiting List is open. Refer to the top of this page to see if we’re currently accepting applications.
