May 29, 2026 — Fitch Ratings has affirmed the ‘A’ rating with a stable outlook for the HumanGood California Obligated Group and HumanGood Pennsylvania’s ‘BBB’ rating with a stable outlook.
“The affirmation reflects HGCOG's broad California platform, which supports stable operations through geographic diversity, multiple care levels and centralized management,” Fitch stated in its report. Fitch also pointed to “HGPA’s stable occupancy, solid liquidity and debt service coverage, and measured reinvestment that supports demand and cash flow” for HumanGood Pennsylvania’s rating.
