April 14, 2026 - Ardmore House II is celebrating being one step closer to completion with a “topping out” ceremony, which celebrates the final structural beam being placed on the highest point of the building.
The event was attended by Lower Merion township commissioners and staff, representatives from Pennsylvania state elected officials, partners from Genesis Housing Corp., our general contractor and architects, and HumanGood team members. All were given an opportunity to sign the beam before it was placed.
