## Am I eligible?

To be eligible for an apartment in our community, at least one of the applicants must be 62 years of age at the time of application. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two persons per bedroom. For other requirements and application questions, please contact our team. 

## How to join the waiting list

Demand for low-income senior affordable housing far exceeds availability in most areas. We maintain a Waiting List to provide a fair and equitable way to track interest and make apartments available as they become vacant. Applications shall be distributed only when the Waiting List is open. Refer to the top of this page to see if we’re currently accepting applications.
