Community Overview

Since 1958, The Terraces at Summitview (previously known as Living Care) has been dedicated to enhancing connection, well-being and security for older adults in Central Washington. We provide more than just a place to live. We take care of the little things such as meals, housework and most maintenance so you can focus on family, friends and enjoying life. 

At our Life Plan Community, you can live your life with freedom and independence—just as you always have—with the peace of mind that comes with knowing a solid plan is in place should the need for future assistance arise. 

The Terraces features modern, spacious independent living apartments as well as assisted living, long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation—all on one beautiful 10-acre campus. No entrance fee is required and homes are available on a rental contract basis.
