The Mansion at Rosemont is the Main Line’s premier boutique Life Plan Community situated on a lush 10-acre estate on the stunning and historic Beaupre Estate.
 
Tucked away in a residential neighborhood in the heart of Bryn Mawr, the original mansion belonging to the Mary Cassatt family is at the heart of our community. Our location is ideal, just minutes from all the Main Line has to offer including restaurants, shopping, the Bryn Mawr Film Institute and more. Just a quick train ride away from Center City, our warm and welcoming residents exemplify neighborliness and enjoy a rich offering of lectures, classes, musical performances, artistic outlets, and more.
 
At our nonprofit Life Plan Community (also known as a continuing care retirement community or CCRC), you can live your life with freedom and independence—just as you always have. Additionally, you'll have the peace of mind that comes with knowing a solid plan is in place should the need for future assistance arise. 
 
The Mansion at Rosemont features spacious independent living apartments and cottage homes, as well as Personal Care and a brand-new Memory Support neighborhood — all on one beautiful campus.
