At our nonprofit Life Plan Community (also known as a continuing care retirement community or CCRC), you can live your life with freedom and independence — just as you always have. Additionally, you'll have the peace of mind that comes with knowing a solid plan is in place should the need for future assistance arise. 

The Terraces features spacious independent living apartment homes in a variety of floor plans as well as assisted living, long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and memory support — all on one beautiful campus.
