Striving for longevity isn’t just about how long you live but how healthy you are during those years, or your healthspan. All of us have heard the important role that exercise can play in our physical and mental health. Find out about the latest thinking and see examples of training approaches for older adults from Exercise Physiologist Kathleen Dzubur. Kathleen is our Fitness Director at Piedmont Gardens and has over 30 years of experience in this field. Piedmont Garden’s Executive Director, Daniel Wittman, will also be there and will introduce our featured speaker, Kathleen. At this event, you’ll learn about:

  • The role personal training can play in your fitness program.
  • Creative ways to integrate exercise into your life.
