  • Keeping your brain fit with physical, mental and social activity
  • Brain-healthy eating and sleep habits

Our speaker, licensed psychologist Cordula Dick-Muehlke, has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families. She distills academic research into practical, simple steps you can take to optimize your brain health.
