Westminster Gardens recently hosted a dinner for the Chamber of Commerce in Duarte. During the celebration, resident Anne Wilkins received the Outstanding Civic Service award for her volunteer efforts for the Chamber and other city initiatives.
Also Bernadette Chang, Westminster Garden sales director, was sworn in as vice chair of business outreach for the Chamber. Bernadette has served on the Chamber’s board since 2002 and has won several awards including “Outstanding Business Person Service” Award and “Director of the Year.” In 2016, the community received the Business of the year award.
