Residents Walk in Women's March on Washington

On January 21, a group of residents took to the streets of Oakland to participate in the Women's March on Washington. The ladies had a blast making history in one of the largest gatherings, among all of the marches that happened across the nation this past weekend.

Oakland had an estimated 100,000 participants, making it the largest turnout over other California-based cities, including San Francisco and San Jose.

The March on Washington took place in 50 states and 32 countries with a total of 673 marches around the world. See our residents below as we captured their march with Oakland!
