In January, Plymouth Village was honored with a 4-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services! CMS created this rating system to help consumers, their families and caregivers compare retirement facilities in an easy manner. This helps clients identify areas in which they may have questions. The rating system is broken down into various categories, including overall staffing and quality measures. Receiving a 4-star rating shows the high-quality services and amenities offered at Plymouth Village.
