July 16, 2025 – White Sands La Jolla, a HumanGood community in La Jolla, CA, is excited to announce the launch of a new, resident-run podcast, Spotlight with Suz, hosted by Susan Claassen (Suz). Suz is an acclaimed theater artist, educator, and humanitarian and is also an active resident at White Sands La Jolla. Fellow resident, Bill Koepnick is the podcast’s Emmy award winning recording engineer.
In each episode Suz sits down with other White Sands residents to spotlight their interesting lives and make their stories broadly known. Residents tell stories about their both humorous and thought-provoking journeys through changes in career and community life, and so much more.
