March 11, 2026 - We are pleased to announce Dana Guyton has joined HumanGood and accepted the role of executive director for Spring Mill Pointe.
Dana brings over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry beginning as a volunteer at Stapeley in Germantown, Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, Dana has progressed through multiple leadership roles, from department director to, most recently, executive director at The Hearth at Drexel in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
Dana has led teams through significant cultural and operational growth and is known as a collaborative and supportive leader who believes in developing relationships through genuine interaction and being a visible presence in the community. We are thrilled for her to join the HumanGood team and to serve Spring Mill Pointe.
