HumanGood at the 2025 LeadingAge Annual Meeting

November 11, 2025 – LeadingAge is a national association made up of 5,400 nonprofit providers and other mission-driven organizations in the senior living space. Each year, members gather at the annual meeting to discuss new ideas and drive progress. HumanGood team members play an active role in LeadingAge and were well represented at this year’s annual meeting.

Highlights from HumanGood team members include:

• Lisa Holland, senior vice president of experience, and Anita Holmes, resident council president, held a session highlighting the resident and team member partnerships that are unique to HumanGood.
   
• Kendra Roberts, vice president of operations, affordable housing, sat on panels discussing modernizing affordable housing operations.
   
• Beryl Bannerman, associate housing developer, graduated from the LeadingAge Leadership Academy and was featured on LeadingAge Live to discuss her experience in aging services.
   
• Kendra and Beryl co-led a session centered on mentorship and developing leaders in your organization.
   

Former HumanGood Board Chair, Randy Stamper, and former CEO of ABHOW, Dave Ferguson, were both posthumously honored during the week for their dedicated service to older adults. Randy and Dave were vital to the creation and success of HumanGood and our mission. We are grateful for all they contributed to our organization and are proud their service was recognized at the LeadingAge Annual Meeting.
