Maplewood Housing for the Elderly is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) community and offers accessible studio and one-bedroom apartments for adults 62 and older. The community is centrally located making it easy for residents to access public transportation, parks, and historic downtown Wilmington.
