October 9, 2025 – We are excited to share that Andrew Robinson is joining HumanGood as our Chief Human Resources Officer. Andrew brings more than 30 years of HR leadership experience – from global restaurant chains to major retailers and fitness brands. He has helped lead large national organizations, supporting growth and transformation initiatives, and championing employee engagement.
Before joining HumanGood, Andrew was Chief HR Officer for CKE Restaurants, where he oversaw HR strategy for Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. worldwide. He also held key leadership roles in national retail and restaurant companies, and has experience serving in nonprofit leadership positions.
Andrew holds an MBA from the University of the District of Columbia and a BA in Accounting from Howard University.
